Who am I?
I am a UX Human-Centred Researcher who helps identify and fix some of the toughest problems. Creating a safe environment to carry out user interviews allows me to humanize the UX research experience. By measuring attention and intent I access implicit insights that often go unnoticed, allowing design teams to create products and services that people love to use.
My Design Inspirations
I use research to help designers design sustainable apps where people's needs take centre stage. Inclusive and ethical design is at the heart of my story, motivation and passions in life and UX.
What I have done
I work with clients to shape and execute their service strategy, challenging assumptions and validating hypotheses to identify customer needs. With a background in mentoring and facilitation, my key strengths in research involve bringing people together and holding space for honest discussions and insights. My background working for non-profits and in partnerships with multi disciplinary teams allows me to deliver projects which are truly collaborative and agile in its approach, thinking, and ability to work towards organisational goals and priorities.

Research and storytelling to elevate the UI experience
User Research and Strategy
Deep dive into research top understand is users’ needs. I am well-versed in research methods, including qualitative and quantitative data collection, and understand how to plan and conduct research and interpret and analyse findings - including the early identification of biases that could seriously hamper product’s success.
Wireframing and Prototyping
Knowledgeable about how users navigate and interact with flows of information. Proficient at wireframing and prototyping using industry tools such as Figma and Miro to bring designs to life.
User Interface Design (UI)

Thorough Investigative research elevates the visual interface. I use layout, typography, graphics, images to enhance the user’s overall experience. I use research insights to develop a strong sense of what design elements will optimize user interactions.
Responsive Web Design
I use responsive design to ensure design symmetry across different platforms.
