Client Group Project, 2021
Brief: To use user research and insights to further understand the needs of renters and hosts and share recommendations to improve user journeys.
Solution: High fidelity prototype of the new desktop highlights how we simplified the search options, ensured patch listings are comprehensive and renters are rewarded for booking through our loyalty system.
Music Therapy Charity
Brief: Reskin of The Music Therapy Charity’s homepage
Solution: My final designs focused on the science behind music therapy as evidencing impact was a key priority for the organisation to secure future funding. Content and design ideas were heavily influenced by Carl Jong’s Dreams of the Subconscious and colours chosen reflected the calmness, vibrancy and energy of music.

Brief: Micro Help Project for Mobile Design
Solution: Our high fidelity design combined the need for users to gain quick access to a vast network of specialist volunteers while highlighting the new Skill Sharing feature. The experience can be seen as a circular journey where the user has gained the skills necessary to be a volunteer.
Roots' Bookstore
E-commerce Solo Project, 2021
Brief: Independent bookstore with plenty of website visitors yet few completed purchases. Designs to showcase products while maintaining ‘small shop’ brand appeal.
Solution: To create a whole bookstore experience from live readings to having a coffee in the Root’s Hub. The design also included a transcription sync feature which transfers book podcasts into written words as this was a key need identified from the student persona.
Productivity App
Brief: To design an app to increase customer retention and productivity while waiting for a haircut.
Solution: Final designs included a time-slot customers could set which would include an optional alarm notification; a countdown feature to let customers know exactly how long they will be waiting for and a productivity feature.
